Home / ServiceTitan alternative

ServiceTitan alternative for small Australian and NZ trades. Priced in AUD for the business.

ServiceTitan doesn't publish its prices. It sells per technician on a quote, after a demo, and its terms bill in US dollars unless agreed otherwise. Kepd prints its prices: Solo is $29 a month for the business, in Australian dollars, excluding GST, with one field seat. The trial is 14 days. Kepd Field is on iPhone and Android.

Published prices

  • ServiceTitan lists three packages (Starter, Essentials and The Works) with "Request Pricing" instead of a price. Pricing is per technician.
  • Kepd's four plans are printed in AUD, excluding GST, for the business: Solo $29, Crew $69, Growth $179, Enterprise $399 a month.
  • Office and admin logins are included on Kepd. ServiceTitan bills by user subscription, though some packages include office users at no extra charge, and any minimum is set in your order form.

Quick verdict.

Choose ServiceTitan if you run a large or fast-growing HVAC, plumbing or electrical business with a full-time office team, and you want call booking, marketing attribution, pricebook and commission tools in one platform, and you're ready for a sales-led setup on a 12 to 36 month contract.

Choose Kepd if you're a sole trader or a small crew in Australia or New Zealand, and you want a printed price in AUD for the whole business, a 14-day trial instead of a sales demo, invoices and payments that sync both ways with Xero or QuickBooks Online, and monthly plans with no lock-in contract.

Where ServiceTitan is stronger.

ServiceTitan is built for depth. It covers call booking and call recording, marketing campaigns tied to revenue, pricebook management, commission tracking, memberships and payroll. It also has more than 70 pre-built integrations and a commercial and construction suite. Every customer gets structured onboarding and, after go-live, its own Customer Success Manager. For an HVAC or plumbing company with dozens of technicians and a call centre, that depth can be worth the price and the contract.

Where Kepd fits.

Kepd is for the tradie who doesn't want a sales call to find out the price. The price is on the page, in Australian dollars, for the whole business. Office and admin logins are included. Monthly plans have no lock-in contract, and you can start a 14-day trial today. Invoices and payments sync both ways with Xero or QuickBooks Online.

Is ServiceTitan available in New Zealand?

ServiceTitan doesn't publish New Zealand availability, an NZ case study or NZ pricing. We searched servicetitan.com and its help centre on 27 October 2026. Kepd is made for Australian and New Zealand trades.

How much does ServiceTitan cost in Australia?

ServiceTitan doesn't publish a price. Its pricing page shows "Request Pricing" on Starter, Essentials and The Works, and says pricing is per technician. Its Terms of Use say fees are in US dollars unless agreed otherwise in writing. Third-party estimates put it at about $245 to $500 USD per technician a month, plus a separate onboarding fee. ServiceTitan hasn't confirmed those figures. Checked 27 October 2026.

Does ServiceTitan have a free trial?

No free trial is listed. ServiceTitan offers a demo and quotes a price after it. Kepd has a 14-day trial.

Does ServiceTitan lock you into a contract?

ServiceTitan's annual report says new customers mostly sign annual or multi-year agreements, typically 12 to 36 months. They renew automatically unless cancelled in advance. Its Terms of Use set an early termination fee equal to all the remaining payments. Kepd's monthly plans have no minimum term. Kepd's annual plans (17% off) are a 12-month commitment that can't be cancelled mid-term, and they renew for a further 12 months unless you cancel by emailing info@kepd.app at least two business days before the renewal date.

Is there a cheaper alternative to ServiceTitan for small trades?

ServiceTitan doesn't publish prices, and third parties estimate about $245 to $500 USD per technician a month. The currencies differ, and this page doesn't convert them.

Is ServiceTitan worth it for a small business?

It depends on size. ServiceTitan's depth (call booking, marketing attribution, commissions, memberships) suits businesses with a full-time office team, and its demo form asks whether you have at least one. For a sole trader or a small crew, a quote-only price, onboarding invoiced separately and a 12 to 36 month term are a lot to take on. Kepd prints its price, has a 14-day trial, and has no compulsory setup fee. Monthly plans have no lock-in contract.

Does ServiceTitan integrate with Xero or MYOB?

ServiceTitan's Xero integration is in Private Preview for selected accounts. It syncs journal entries and inventory bills. MYOB isn't listed. QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop are listed. Kepd syncs invoices and payments both ways with Xero or QuickBooks Online.

Is ServiceTitan an Australian company?
