Why we built it

Most job software here was written for somewhere else, then translated. The result fights the way the trade actually works - GST bolted on, addresses in the wrong format, and a field app nobody opens twice.

What Kepd is

Job management software for AU and NZ trades

Kepd is job management software for trade and service businesses in Australia and New Zealand. A job starts as an enquiry and stays one record through the quote, the schedule, the work on site and the invoice.

The office runs the week from one board. The crew works the same job from the field app. Invoices, payments and contacts sync with Xero, so the job and the ledger stay aligned. Card payments go through Stripe or Square, and finished invoices can sync with QuickBooks.

Each plan is a monthly price for the business. The pricing page lists Solo, Crew, Growth and Enterprise, the field-app seats included, and the price of an extra field seat. Office and admin logins are included.
